Middle Earth – Karratha

This part of the Burrup Peninsula always seems unnatural because the rocks are so broken up and so regimented – they look man made. This shot even feels a bit like it’s from a scene in The Lord of The Rings. It’s entirely natural though and the area is covered in ancient rock art.
